Vitamin B6 (pyroxidine) is a co-factor in amino acid metabolism including the biosynthesis of neurotransmitters.

Vitamin B6 is a cofactor for diamine oxidase.
Chronic fatigue syndrome[edit | edit source]
One very small study found decreased functional status of several B vitamins including pyroxidine, riboflavin and thiamine.[1]
