Viread is an antiretroviral medicine. It contains 245mg Tenofovir disoproxil per pill[1]. It is normally used for treatment of HIV or Hepatitis B. It is used in combination with Emtricitabine (Emtricitabine/tenofovir) for treatment and prevention (PrEP or PEP) of HIV.
