The association between borderline personality disorder, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome: systematic review is a study that looked at six other studies to see if Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) exists in Fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS).

BPD in patients with fibromyalgia[edit | edit source]

"At present, there does not appear to be firm and consistent evidence to support the hypothesis that the prevalence of BPD would be higher in individuals with fibromyalgia compared with the general population."[1]

BPD in patients with CFS[edit | edit source]

"There does not appear to be firm and consistent evidence to support the hypothesis that the prevalence of BPD is higher in individuals with CFS than in the general population."[2]
