Symbioflor-2

Symbioflor-2 is an E. Coli probiotic that contains six strains of E. Coli.
There is some evidence for its use in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.[1]
It has been shown to induce production of human beta-defensin (hBD), a peptide that plays a role in intestinal barrier function.[2]
