The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is a UK professional body which has different guidelines for the treatment of myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome then the NICE guidelines more commonly used by clinicians in the British NHS.[1][2]
