He is located in Pocomoke City, MD on the Eastern Shore in Maryland. He retired in 2013 for health reasons, after 36 years of practice, but is still available for phone consultations. Immediately following his retirement, he signed a consent decree with the State of Maryland agreeing to two years of probation with a supervising physician for at least a year should he decide to return to practice and admitting to wrongdoing and prescribing a medication to a patient in a dangerous manner.
