Resveratrol is a phenol, a dietary supplement derived from the skin of grapes, blueberries, mulberries, and raspberries. It has been the subject of a large number of medical studies with mixed results. The studies include studies on cancer, neurodegeneration, diabetes, cardiovascular health, and pain management.
