The National ME/FM Action Network is a registered Canadian charitable organization for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. Lydia Neilson founded and has served as Chief Executive Officer of the organization since 1993.

On February 13, 2016, a letter was written to Dr. Richard Horton of The Lancet on release of PACE trial data.[1]
