:::With that in place, I have subsequently edited the draft below to propose three small, non-at-all urgent tweaks for everyone's consideration (one each in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd grafs: some lines to strike, and a couple of added words, indicated in italics.) Mainly I suggest these out of concern the emphasis on alterations makes it sound like we're saying the text is ever reliably true--and it could be wrong from the start! I just want it to be crystal clear there's no moment when text is for sure reliable--not from the start, not even in a "featured article" process if we ever developed one (because while that's rigorous, it'd still--mostly likely--be volunteer-conducted rather than any medical expert signing off). It's a wiki so people should read with caution at every stage. Is my thought anyway--welcome feedback on these or additional changes. Thanks all! Please review and edit as needed

Hi User:Canele and User:JaimeS. I have copied the general disclaimer from Wikipedia as discussed previously. Please edit the text below as needed. In a week or so I will ask Kmdenmark to copy the below text to the actual page. Thanks!
Pyrrhus (talk) 20:11, July 20, 2019 (EDT)

Thank you Pyrrhus! Since Jaime had already requested this specific language back in June (see "Re: Using the cleanup tag" at MEpedia_talk:Cleanup), I'm wondering if User:Kmdenmark might kindly just go ahead and paste it in now, so that we get something in place? It's not totally perfect but that way we could discuss tweaks at leisure and just ask for another copy/paste once a new version's settled and at Kmdenmark's convenience? I'm just guessing it could take a bit to review various adjustments, given constraints on availability. Canele (talk) 20:53, July 20, 2019 (EDT)
Pyrrhus, User:JaimeS, and Canele: I pasted in the changed text. It reads very well. Let me know if you want changes. Kmdenmark (talk) 14:30, July 30, 2019 (EDT)
Fabulous, thank you so much Kmdenmark.
With that in place, I have subsequently edited the draft below to propose three small, non-at-all urgent tweaks for everyone's consideration (one each in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd grafs: some lines to strike, and a couple of added words, indicated in italics.) Mainly I suggest these out of concern the emphasis on alterations makes it sound like we're saying the text is ever reliably true--and it could be wrong from the start! Thanks all! Canele (talk) 01:52, July 31, 2019 (EDT)

MEPEDIA CAN NOT MAKE ANY GUARANTEE OF VALIDITY

MEpedia is an online open-content collaborative encyclopedia; that is, a voluntary association of individuals and groups working to develop a common resource of human knowledge. The structure of the project allows anyone with an Internet connection to alter its content. Please be advised that nothing found here has necessarily been written or reviewed by people with the expertise required to provide you with complete, accurate or reliable information.

That is not to say that you will not find valuable and accurate information in MEpedia; much of the time you will. However, MEpedia cannot guarantee the validity of the information found here.
