MEpedia:Bureaucrats

A bureaucrat is an MEpedia user who has been added to the 'bureaucrat' group. Bureaucrats can alter the rights of other users or change the name of a user. A bureaucrat is required to make a user an administrator.
Bureaucrats can:
- Edit the rights of other users of MEpedia
- Use the Special:ReplaceText feature, for example to correct common spelling mistakes made on many pages, or to replace any phrase on many pages.
