Borderline positive for Lupus[edit | edit source]

"And the truth is I don't show any signs, any symptoms of lupus. But I have tested borderline positive for the disease. So as of right now ... I do not have it. But I have to take good care of myself."

"There is not a single lab test that is specific for lupus," said Gilkeson, who chairs the Lupus Foundation of America's medical-scientific advisory council. "You have to use the combination of the lab tests plus the clinical signs and symptoms."

Fibromyalgia[edit | edit source]

In 2017, Lady Gaga released a new documentary, Gaga: Five foot two.[4] Throughout the film, she was seen suffering from chronic pain, which was later revealed to be the effect of a long-term condition called fibromyalgia. In the film, she told the doctor that she has been suffering from severe pain for the last 5 years.[1][4] It resulted in Gaga canceling the last ten shows of the Joanne World Tour.[5][6]
