Harald Inge Nyland (born 1942) is a professor of medicine at the University of Bergen and head physician at Haukeland University Hospital, Bergen, Norway. He was actively involved with the 2004 Bergen, Norway outbreak in ME/CFS triggered by a contamination of the water supply with the parasite, Giardia.[1]
