A tethered cord is one where the Conus Medullaris lies at an abnormal low level. [[User:JenB]] There is no source or copyright info. I did a search and three source could be from https://www.schn.health.nsw.gov.au/fact-sheets/spina-bifida-tethered-cord-and-spina-bifida - unfortunately site license [https://www.schn.health.nsw.gov.au/copyright info here] allows downloading but only shows sharing for personal use (not educational). I think if that's the right source an alternative image is needed. Possible an edit from one of the many healthy spine anatomy pics eg Gray's anatomy might work.
