ATP synthase F1 subunit epsilon or ATP5E is involved in the functioning of ATP synthase complex, also known as complex V.[1]

ME/CFS[edit | edit source]

A small study by Sweetman et al. (2020) found that ATP5E expression was increased in patients with ME/CFS compared to healthy controls.[1]
